The Bark is removed, weather checks are stabilized and the basic body is shaped.
The Flute Body is split.
The Sound Holes are bored
The Flute Body is Reassembled and the Bird is Rough Cut
The Inlay is Completed and the Bird is Shaped
The Tuning Holes are burned and the bird is fit to the flute
